Lens Testing With Potatoes

So I was testing a new lens a buddy lent me (Thanks Jon) Nikkor AF-S 35mm 1:1.8G and Nikon Speedlight SB-600 flash.

I think I learned that I really need (want) a Speedlight. When is my birthday? :)

This dinner was fantastic. I really did over-do the spice, but it was really delicious if you can get over waaahay too many spices fighting for mouth attention. Hot too, thanks to spice that comes from Turks and Caicos (thanks mom).
